What real people have to say
Using iHeart encouraged me to stop neglecting my health. Each time you say, "I'll work out next time," you set a deadline and pass it. I needed to have started getting my act together yesterday!
I thoroughly recommend this product to anyone who is serious about getting healthy and reducing their risk of cardiovascular disease or illness. If you need motivation to keep you on the right path, then iHeart is for you. Thank you for an amazing, safe, easy-to-use device to help me stay on the right track. Not just for my own sake, but for my family’s as well.
It took 30 sec. I was blown away. Completely blown away. The ease and the simplicity and the information and being able to chart the trend of our information and being able to keep up with that. It’s just so valuable for people to know, that we just had to have it. We had to be able to share it.
I’m a family physician and bought two: one for myself and one for patients to play with. I recently had an older patient who wanted to hike Mt. Kilimanjaro, but was worried about his heart and lungs. Aside from slight deconditioning, his heart was fine, but he did have a mild restrictive lung condition. With the help of iHeart, he was able to adjust his exercise program to improve his heart condition and efficiency enough to make up for his reduced lung capacity. He not only had greater confidence in booking the expensive and potentially risky climb, but he successfully fulfilled his dream of making to the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro…and carried the borrowed iHeart all the way up. Guess you could say that iHeart is the tops….and I’ve asked him to buy his own.
When I first received my iHeart and checked my internal age, I was floored as to what it said, apparently I was a lot older than I thought.. It is a great way to monitor your lifestyle as it is fair assessment of what I am doing good or bad to my health
I wish I had one seven years ago!
It encourages you to figure out a way to get healthier. I rarely go to my doctor unless something's really wrong, and if you're not getting feedback regularly, you don't usually change anything. I think for me having that reminder every day is really helpful.
iHeart is more about looking at the effects of your choices, not monitoring statistics toward a fitness goal. It's about thinking more closely about what you're doing to your body and being smart about fitness and health.
