🚚 Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
🌍 Shipping Origin & Carriers
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Canada using:
- UPS
- Canada Post

Delivery times may vary due to destination, carrier, customs, and weather conditions.
💵 Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and package weight.

🛃 Duties, Taxes & Import Charges (International Orders)
Please note: Import duties, taxes, and any additional charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge:
- All customs duties, taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the recipient (you).
- iHeart has no control over these charges and cannot estimate what they will be.
- If you do not agree with the duty charges, please contact the carrier (UPS or Canada Post) directly.
- Check with your local customs office for accurate charge estimates prior to placing an order.
- iHeart is not liable for any customs charges and will not refund or cover these costs.
- If duties/taxes are unpaid and your package is returned, we will refund your order minus the original shipping cost and any return fees.
📦 Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Please check all possible delivery locations and with neighbors.
- Then contact the shipping carrier (UPS or Canada Post) to start an investigation.
If your package is damaged or the contents are defective, please email support@goiheart.com with photos within 5 days of delivery.
🔄 Returns Due to Non-Payment of Duties
If you refuse to pay customs duties or import taxes and your order is returned to us:
- We will refund your order minus the original shipping fee
- Additional return shipping or handling fees may also be deducted
